    http://www.101domain.in/ru-russia-domain.htm (Approx 20$ a year :) )
    But but but!!
For the individual registrations, a copy of ID (passport/driver's license) is required. For businesses located in Russian Federation, business Taxpayer Identification Number(ИНН) and Reason code of registration(КПП) are required. For businesses located outside of Russian Federation, the Business Incorporation documents from any country are required.

Say you are a foreign company. Give them a made up tax number. They don't care. They cant check. They are businesspeople who want your money. As long as they are seen to have collected the info, it will be fine.

    We have several Russian domains.

You can use any naunet or webnames ressellers with private registration to avoid ID requirements - most of them offer registration proxy service. But if you wish to sell domains you have to have a photocopy of your ID being uploaded to a top registrar like Naunet, Webnames, RuCenter.

Normally any big hosting company will provide it. Insrt your desired domain name in proper form in address bar of your browser. You will find a company. and if not then google will provide you

I suppose you can contact any accredited Registrar's support, see how fast they will respond and get all the things cleared!
