    Most of them all already purchased. That's why they are mostly called premium domains. Believe, it's impossible to find one.

    Not all the extension accept 2-letter domains. I don't know about cn, but I know ws and name only accept 4-letters and others three.

    Com and Net ar the only I know accepting 2-letter and all of them are already registered.

    I think anyone can register 2 letter .gd and 2 letter .md as well, but I dont see any use unless its extremely catchy. (ex. recently DPer regged OH dot gd)
