    Hi,
One of my site had PR 3 few months back. But, during the next Google update it suddenly dropped to 0. Does anybody know, how one can regain the lost PR ?

Keep updating your blog with new content and build more quality backlinks
That's the way to do it.

Sounds like it has been penalised, you might want to find out what is wrong with it and then send a reinclusion request to Google via the Google Webmaster Tools interface.

Yeah, I sold few links for some time. But, I removed all such links immediately after feeling the heat. Even after that, I am not seeing any improvements in the PR from last 3 updates. Don't know what to do...

Hah selling links is the cause then. Remove all sponsored links or set them as rel="nofollow" - write new stuffs and keep updating...it can take upto 2 to 3 months before the pages start getting the organic traffic again.

After you have cleaned up the paid links, inform Google through Webmaster Central and ask for reconsideration. Basically you are at their mercy. Best of luck!

I think that moving from pagerank 3 to 0 is being penalized by google. You should try to remove the outgoing links which you have sold (if you have) and try to contact google from google webmasters.

If you sold some unrelated links then remove them. Build some quality links!

Sometime you may have lost some valuable backlinks. Try to build links continuously. Don't rush to create links and don't be lazy.

Wow, thats rough. Although building backlinks will help you more in the SERPs than with pagerank it can still help you out a lot. By building backlinks on PR3 and higher websites you are also building credibility and that can give your PR a nice lift.

You can check my sig for how I build tons of high quality backlinks to my sites every day.
