How to refund from web selling traffic?

    on 23 July i'm just buy traffic from trafficmother.com but do not receive from them i open ticket ask them for information but the same quiet.
    today is 28 July 5 business days i can not contact them.
    Please help me ,how can i refund my money $19.99 :(

    How did you pay ? Check with the payment processor in regards to getting a refund.

    You can simply charge back by going in to resolution center, search the transaction and can choose the reason product not delivered.
