How to refund from "Limited access" account?

    Hi guys,

    PayPal "limited access" to my account. I can't send money through it. They are telling me to add credit card (which I don't have) and Bank account number. :(

    Can you guys tell me how can I issue refund from my account?

    Can I tell my buyer to file a dispute and then I can tell PayPal that I did not send him goods for which he paid money?

    making a dispute is not a good idea IMO wrt your account history

    u better arrange it in some other payment methods ;)

    View the transaction details. At the bottom of that page there is a link to issuing a refund.

    I tried it but it doesn't have "Issue Refund" Link. It is because my account is limited.
