Hi, I'm from India. I have a Business Account with PayPal and its already verified with my credit card. Yesterday night I got payment for my work, $335 USD. Today I accepted that payment and tried to withdraw it to my Bank Account. Right now I got Notification of Limited Account Access from PayPal. They need me to submit the documents of my business registration. Right now I dont have those documents as the registration is not completed yet. So is there any way to Cancel the payment and refund to my client's account. Whether from my end or client's end?
click on the payment details and there u haveoption to refund. and if not . ask ur client to dispute the payment . and in the dispute refund it .

you have to ask your client who paid you to file a dispute that the service he paid for is not rendered
I have talked to a person in India and he said your PayPal menu is different from PayPal of other countries. This can be the reason why you can't see the refund option. Try to email PayPal about your issue.
I agree with the suggestion of DON to talk to Paypal for speedy resolution instead of telling your client to initiate a charge back... as it would put your account in bad light and would harm you if you intend to use this business account for a long time! Regards, RightMan
I think the best way is to get the issue solved. I am not seeing any other solution. so you need to provide the required docs otherwise they will not let you go. If you can't able to provide the docs then you can ask your client to file a dispute and get his money back into his account.
Hey, Even I faced the same situation sometimes before, however what I did is just a phone call to PayPal CSE. They can better assist you in this regard, dont hesitate to call them. Relax. Everything will be sorted. Its just a normal thing.
