How to Refund a payment while your account is limited!?

    hi
    my account is limited and i need to refund a payment,how can i do that?
    *when your account get limited you cant see refund button:-s

    any one have the same situation?

    Well if your paypal was limited due to any unquthorized payment probs, the payments will be automatically refunded once the limitation is over.

    Not directly but maybe if the other user opens a dispute .

    I had just recovered a paypal account from such situation. However, I could refund money for a payment. Paypal just limited to collect the money out.

    no i dont have any opened dispute,i just have my account limited,and refund button doesnt work:-s
    in other word i have atleast the balance:D

    Oh then there is no way to refund unless your limitation is over.

    You must Email them to issue a refund. They usually do.

    Or ask the buyer to open a dispute and take no action.

    You may could call the paypal service for detail information. Their speed of resloving issues through emails is too slow for them. Make a call will be better and quicker.

    Ask buyer to Open dispute on your name .you make sure you do not respond to disoute in 10 days your money will be transfered to him :)

    1: you can contact paypal about your issue , they happily refund the payment
    2: you have to submit documents o paypal to lift the limit then youll be able to process refund
