Hi, I just received a Chargeback case in Paypal relating to a credit card payment. I cannot refund it because buyer has no Paypal account and the Paypal 'issue a refund" button is inactive due to 60 day refund period is over. What can I do? I want to refund but I do not want to accept liability of the transaction.
Paypal will take care of the chargeback for you and the person asking for the refund will get it, you dont have to do anything but wait a few weeks
