    Hello,

I want to issue a refund to a buyer. I cannot do that from my balance as per paypal rules since I am an Indian. I don't think I can do the refund as well(Please correct me if I am wrong)
Anyways, since we can only withdraw to bank.. I have withdrawn all the amount to my bank already. Now, I want to issue refund using my credit card, how can I do that?

I need your suggestions, thank you

    Regards

One option is to wait for money to come into your account. When it comes simply refund it.

Or else add your cc, and PP will deduct the amount from CC.

Then why don't you use SEND Money option and send it to the one you want to refund via CC.

Its because, I am loosing $5 as fee. I received money after some paypal fee is cut, but I have to pay the full amount to the client. More over even if I send the full amount loosing the fee, he gets money-fee to his account. So, I am asking is there any alternative?

Anyways, since its getting delayed I did as you suggested. I paid him via my CC. But I paid extra $5.

You can refund using your Paypal balance. Refunding isn't limited yet. Who knows Paypal does it next time haha :)
