How to Redirect using .htaccess

    I have a url structure like this
    http://domain.com/download/Free Movie Player.html

    How can i add "+" or "-" automatically using .htaccess, something like this.
    http://domain.com/download/Free-Movie-Player.html
    OR
    http://domain.com/download/Free+Movie+Player.html
