How To Redirect mysite.com To www.mysite.com

    My site is hosted on a Windows server and I don't believe there is a htaccess file. Can someone tell me how to redirect mysite.com to www.mysite.com and tell me where to place the code on my site?

    Does your hosting provider support any other rewrite software i.e ISAPI rewrite etc.?
