    Hi,

We have multiple sites, pointing to same application which is hosted on same IP.

Means: www.1.xx.com, www.2.xx.com, www.3.xx.com will be resolved to same IP and then will be redirected to same application. For example,

www.1.xx.com will be redirected to www.1.xx.com/app1
www.2.xx.com will be redirected to www.2.xx.com/app1
www.3.xx.com will be redirected to www.3.xx.com/app1

    so there two things
1: Hosting multiple domain on same IP
2: Redirecting all domains to same application.

Application is running in tomcat. And apache is configured with mod_jk for redirecting web request to application running in tomcat.

Can somebody please guide/help in this regard ?

Please note that, in future we have to support SSL communication on same web and application server.

    We are running Apache 2.2.9.

    Thanks.

    Bye,
    Viki.

Do you have a simple configuration for mod_jk ? Usually it should be simple.

    Hi,

Its typical jkmounts configuration. We have just configured workers for loadbalancing.

    Bye,
    Viki.
