How to Redirect Links that Changed?

Alright, I don't know much about web design and programming, so I can't understand how to use htaccess, but I need some help with it.

I recently moved from Blogger to WordPress, and that changed some of my incoming links. I was wondering how to redirect from the old links to the new links?

Also, how would this affect my PR?

Notes: I have the same domain name, some of the permalinks are different though.
