How to Redirect Google Images Search Traffic to Your Website or WordPress or blogspot

Hello i get a script accidently when i learn about seo.
Get traffic from google images.
is that legal for adsense thats my point i see my blog images is on top of google images but i dn't get traffic from that i want to get that traffic to my blog
so i get this script from a blog.

this is for non wordpress i think i want image redirect for blogspot.
but main point is that i want legal method if that not affect on my adsense any risk for that so please suggest me.

For me, I think this will violate Google Policy as people surfing the net using Google Image Search looking for (obviously) image and not article. So why do you need to alter that thing ? Just for traffic? Come on, this will not convert to earnings. So try to make your site rank in top 10 web search result and do not target traffic coming from Google Image Search. That's a total waste of time.

it doesn't matter, even if you get the traffic by gaming google. As long as your site is crap, no body will visit your site and leave right away
