    Hi,

I have a 4 years old static website which I want to be redesigned but I don't want to decrease its SEO value i.e. (traffic should not be affected from the search engines).

Can anyone tell me please the solution of it?

    Regards
    ATG

Then don't redesign it. Just apply the php var on the old places. Nothing should change.

Try to keep the URL structure the same, if not possible (ie upgrading to WP, etc) use 301 redirects to redirect the old URL's to the new ones. Also be sure to submit your new sitemap to google's webmaster tools

Simply open a test file and add your new design and same content then rename file back to index.html

You should use Drupal, you can make a site with the same extension witch you have...
