How to recover PR?

Hi to all,
please suggest me how to recover PR?
my site url is :- http://www.areal.ca , Last saturday i have checked that it have 4 pr, but form monday it just showing 3 PR.

Google has updated PR. As your website PR has down, there may be a reason that you have lost some of your quality back links. To increase PR you need to increase quality back links through different SEO sources.

 

yeah this was a minor update still many sites lost their pr,hope google will give pr soon
