how to recover lost page ranking? Article-gems.com once ranked at PR3 and now ranks 0 with no google traffic. Its been this way for over 6 months now - is there any where to recover? Advice please.

I think you got a penalty from google . You shoudl check if you are linking to a bad partner. I think you are linking to a Banned PR guy because I see that is a directory. Maybe google banned you because you have too many links on frontpage. Google doesnt like that
You need to build more quality links to your site. Try and avoid buying/selling links because Google may penalize you.

First check that you are using black hat technique or not . If yes, Google had put some penalty on your website otherwise start doing off page optimization you must regain your traffic.
