    Unnatural inbound links
Google has detected a pattern of artificial or unnatural links pointing to your site. Buying links or participating in link schemes in order to manipulate PageRank are violations of Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
As a result, Google has applied a manual spam action to site.com. There may be other actions on your site or parts of your site.

    Recommended action
    • Use the Links to Your Site feature in Webmaster Tools to download a list of links to your site.
    • Ensure that unnatural links pointing to your site are removed.
    • When these changes are made, and you are satisfied that links to your site follow Google's Webmaster Guidelines, submit a reconsideration request. If you're unable to remove links pointing to your site, please provide as much detail as possible in your reconsideration request.
    • For an updated list of manual actions currently applied to your site, visit the Manual Actions page. If no manual actions are listed, there is no longer a need to file a reconsideration request.
If we determine your site is no longer in violation of our guidelines, we'll revoke the manual action.
If you have any questions about how to resolve this issue, please visit the Webmaster Help Forum.

Reconsideration request for sitename.com: Site violates Google's quality guidelines
    February 7, 2014
We received a reconsideration request from a site owner for sitename.com.

We've reviewed your site and we believe that sitename.com still violates our quality guidelines. In order to preserve the quality of our search engine, pages from sitename.com may not appear or may not rank as highly in Google's search results, or may otherwise be considered to be less trustworthy than sites which follow the quality guidelines.

For more specific information about the status of your site, visit the Manual Actions page in Webmaster Tools. From there, you may request reconsideration of your site again when you believe your site no longer violates the quality guidelines.

If you have additional questions about how to resolve this issue, please see our Webmaster Help Forum.

I think that first thing is to remove unnatural back-links.

LOL - Another example of how disavow doesn't do ANYTHING!

If you think that disavowing links is gonna get rid of a manual penalty you've got another thing coming. You are already putting your future reconsideration requests at risk by NOT complying with Google's requests for you to go out and remove the links that are in violation of their terms of service.

The only way to remove a manual penalty is to remove the links. I recommend using a service like linkdelete.com before you ruin any chances of getting the penalty removed.

Contact the administrator or the site's owner and request for the removal of your link from their site. Analyze the website for further investigations.

You've gotta hire a Link cleaning expert to remove those unhealthy links pointing to your website. And basically, there's no better tools finding those unhealthy links than our naked eye.
