Everyone who understand well this change of algorithm please tell a few things about how to recover from it
You need the descriptions to contain natural words of how people search on google, including all the stop words like: if the , when why, etc and the title to contain not just keywords also stop words
Well, its not a algorithmic update like panda & penguin updates that are purposefully updated to penalise low quality websites. In Fact it’s an algorithm in itself thats entirely about the conversational search so if you have original, high-quality content and quality backlinks(in relevant niche) then your website is still going to rank well. If still anything, your website’s rankings will improve just as they should have after the Penguin and Panda updates rolled out. In fact, practically nothing has changed. If you have original, high-quality content, and you have high-quality and relevant websites backlinks, then your website is still going to rank well. If anything, your website’s rankings will improve just as they should have after the Penguin and Panda updates rolled out. As Google's press department guidance for those doing SEO said: “Our guidance to webmasters is the same as always — we encourage original, high-quality content, since that’s what’s best for web users.” Just make sure that you audit web site, find niche profitable keywords with website ranking software, optimize your content the best way and check site backlinks. All this will help you get high ranks no matter what update Google may have.
But in that matter I think first we should create a big network of original related people and then only your Social media plans will work.
What i read about the hummingbird it not any Updated. google only do only re-writes on his algo. e.g. the car engine is old and some fuel is new. so according to me do that strategies put what you do for penguin and panda. http://www.seroundtable.com/google-hummingbird-17442.html ( Hummingbird: Google Rewrites Search Algorithm)
U should focus more on optimized content for humans ....u r post title should also include natural occurring words and just not keywords...... Thanks
But one of my ebook site doest do well after this update ..so we redirected this site to other domain but that doesnt helped any more ???? what to do ??
From what I understand, this whole penguin / hummingbird update is totally automated and the only way you can recover from it is by removing all duplicate / unwanted / spammy links from your site. Contacting Google webmaster support will not help. When the crawler goes back to scan your site again if it doesn't find those unwanted links it may allow your site to get recovered. It may take time though.
Yes, Peter i agree with you and your view , i know never use stop words, use proper way title, description, keywords, and other meta detail, optimize natural way image, links,. Always use natural way title, description, keywords and any links. thanks jessica
Too many SEOs worry about Hummingbird. In my opinion, if a website is optimized properly, it shouldn't have anything to worry about after the Google update. Optimizing only for exact match keywords was bad before, and now it's even worse, because the website won't be able to rank for contextual queries. I use this as a motto lately - "Don't optimize your website for search engines, optimize it for users using SEO techniques".
hi@Iulia Lacriceanu, i like you view but you think about without optimization your no any website on first page, you check other website backlink all work all thing about seo, blog posting, article posting, classified, smo and all thing about links so without backlink we will never optimize any website. thanks for your good point but it is only point .........
