    Before penguin existence, over optimization was not considered as a bad seo practice. It is part of white hat seo. Now, it seems adequate to black hat seo :)

    Penguin, Panda, it's not that black and white... what matters most is: you've lost traffic, how are you going to get it back? Have a read of the article on Yoast.com

    Getting out created Links will do nothing from Penalty..Create Links again which balance your created Links from the common words and not From your exact keywords.

    use long keywords
    do not use same keywords every time
    do not do more than 100 directory submission a week
