If my site is under Google penalty then how can we recover from it? Please suggest me if any one have idea...
Go to Google Webmaster tools and place re-consideration request explaining why your site is not violating guidelines in brief. If you have, knowingly, done something wrong then you can most probably recover from the penalty because you know what is wrong. Things becomes difficult when you receive penalty for which you don't know the cause.
