Those are some creepy 23 questions if you ask me. How many legit business owners write top notch content? Soon, they will tell you what niche are you allowed to be in and what to stay away from so big G can cash on it.
Take a long hard look at where your links are coming from. Even if your site content is amazing if your links are coming from crappy spam sites then you are gonna feel the pain of Panda.
Thanks for the information. I don't believe most of the points raised can be accessed accurately by a automated bot or else a lot of innocent sites will be hammered. I don't believe a bot can be made good enough to assess whether an article is high quality, authoritive or not. Only a manual review can do this with any degree of accuracy.
The only way to recover from Google Panda Update is to add fresh and valuable content to your website. Optimize your content for seo-friendliness but make it interesting for visitors not for search engine bots. I found in Google webmaster central that they say optimize the contents for readers not for search engine bots. If you follow this simple guideline your website will be recovered from Google Panda Update.
Write original content for your website and make your website fully optimized with standard on page SEO techniques. This will help in improving search engine rankings of your website in Google and other search engines as well.
I have also find same issue with my site. we keep continue working with our seo team and know we recover some trifle and hope get back in top of google SEPRS

Whatever you did to initiate the penalty, try and refrain from it, but give Google what it wants, updated and unique content
