Do you do heavy backlinking to your site recently? If so, just maintain the backlinking velocity so that Google will see it as natural.

Luckily, Google dance is temporary so i suggest you keep working on your site. Focus on improving the quality of your content, get quality backlinks and generate more traffic for your site.

I think the Google dance is a temporary thing too. Google is probably just trying to work out where your site should rank, so it keeps bouncing it around. It will eventually stabilize I think :)

90% of the time the Google dance is temporary, keep doing what you have been doing so that Google sees a natural continuity. If you've been blasting backlinks, keep doing that.

if you haven't do anything to you site, it's common to see your rank dropped because your competitors are improving. Try to add quality artices to your site and seek for high quality back links.

The strategy here is to keep doing what you were doing as have been stated above. Consider your content updates, backlinks and other activities that Google will likely pay attention to. If the situation doesn't change in a couple of weeks try contacting the support

Google dance is not something you "recover" from. It just means that based on your new links, Google needs to reevaluate where to place you. They have 1000s of servers so that rollout takes times. It would be unwise of them to just place you high in the rankings in the mean time or every SEO and their mother would manipulate that.

Did you try anything new with your link building strategy some link building tool or link blasting?
If you have done something like this on your website, Google had not liked this and penalized your site.
