    Hello friends,

I hope I would get my answer or help here.
I am working in an international school and we had this Facebook account of the school where we also have a Facebook fan page, which was managed by one of employees. However because of pandemic this employee has left the job and since then we are not able to recover our Facebook account.

The reason being, the employee had activated two phone numbers for the account, alongwith our school official email. However now those phone numbers are deactivated and we only have access to our official email account which is registered on Facebook.

So if anyone knows how to get in touch with Facebook directly or by emails, then I would be of great help for me.

    thanks.

You only had one admin for that page?
and you created an account for the school - as if it was a person? That's not how it works. Accounts are for people who then become admins for the page.

So, try and do a password resent on the account and get in touch with your ex-colleague and ask them to help with the verification.

If you can't get back in you may just have to cut your losses, accept that your school goofed, and aim to be more professional in the future. You'll still be stuck with the "ghost page" though - so keep trying for a bit longer to get access to that account. Did your colleague leave with anger? You might need to pay them to relinquish the page. That might be humiliating if there are bad feelings but right now there are no good options so you have to toss up

    - get the page back, give the ex-colleague some money, feel a bit angry for a little while
    - have a ghost page confusing parents and students, don't spend money, feel a bit angry on an ongoing basis

We had created the account on our school's official email account, however when Facebook needs a phone number, will have to give number of someone who is handling the accounts, that is the reason the phone number are attached. I ma getting regular emails from Facebook on email and even if I want to recover the password, i get a code and I am able to change the password, but after that it asks for phone verification too, which is annoying.

is there any FB help page, where we can report such issue and try to get the account reactivated?

Talk to the ex-employee and ask for their help, then change the phone number.
Lots of people do that, but it's not how it should be done. Plus you always have multiple admins so if one account is compromised/lost you still have access.

If I were you, I would still start from scratch and create a group instead of an account.

Try to reset password through email, if it doesn't work - use FB Support. $

This wasn't managed well from the start and that's why you are having problems now, but what could you do is try to require a password reset and get in touch with people that own those phone numbers or have access to them to give you the validation code. This is the only way how it could work, otherwise, you would need to open a new account and start everything from scratch.
