How to record skype calls and screen sharings?

Hello,

Some clients show project details in skype call by video sharing and I wanted to know how I can record skype calls of voice from both their side and ours and also the screen that is shared?

Any Good software? Many exist, that does not work with screen sharing.

Camtasa studio? Any idea?

I'd recommend Camtasa, you could try BSR which is free, however I'm not sure if it will record the sound from the other person.

 

You could always use two programs. A program like SkypMX to record the call and a video recording program to get the video feed. Then simply add them together in a media mixing program. Otherwise this can be a little difficult. I am sure there is program that can do it but it probably will not be inexpensive.

 

As for recording skype calls i use imcapture. com IMCapture for Skype.I always record my interviews with it's help.

 

Not sure about the video part of the call but I use Audacity (free) to record the audio on both ends.

Have you actually used audacity? this one will record skype calls, but someone reflects that will bring some fuzzy sound. Then try out this streaming music recorder, i use it to record yahoo messenger chat, i feel recording skype calls will exactly the same.
