NO this is not important but eventually you will need one. Just get a PayPal account and verify it later to receive and send payments. That's it.

Even if you dont have a credit card, there are guys here at DP who offer Virtual Credit Card for verifying your Paypal account (after verification you wont need them again). They charge a small fee though, which you will have to send them somehow. Just look around for 'VCC', you will find them.

Am I right or wrong you have to be verified in some paypal countrys to accept paypal funds?

Anyway Paypal is the most used payment processor so its a must have

Though there are alternatives like Neteller , Moneybookers and e-gold

Yes, you will need to have a verified-country account to receive payment through Paypal. There are list of countries cannot receive payment. Check here for more information _https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside

You don't need to verify in order to send or receive funds from PayPal account. Though there are limits for non-verified accounts. You would need to verify to remove those limits.

I think that with PayPal you do not need a credit card, but you need a bank account.

set up your own merchant account from your bank, get a notorized certificate of authority to do business in your state, and then you can accept all of your own payments. Sign up with amex, discover, mc and visa and then you can set up online payments by simply registering with each of them and then transfering that info to your banks merchant service

this cuts out annoyance of paypal, clickbank, and any other payment processor. You will have to of course watch everything and do all of your own refunds but this is the way to go.

You don't need to verify paypal, which means like.. Using a master card // credit card..

Although, you can still use your paypal and buy a VCC which is also another great thing to verify it:).

Paypal is the best way to go overall, my opinion:).

I wouldnt recomend you signup for a Paypal account unless you are from a country that is listed in the paypal signup form. I got my account limited AFTER it was verified using a VCC. It got limitted as soon as i tried to send money. I have some money stuck in that paypal account.
