Hi I want to know about the complete procedure of receiving money through western union.?As i have never used WU Like.... 1. If someone wants to send through western union to me what details do I have to give him ? and what next.....?? what details do I need to tell to the person who wants to send me ?? He need your name ! After sending money,he need to send u a verification number ! With that number ,you go in western union bank and take your ID card with and take your money ! P.S. Transaction fee is not low !
Sending Money through Western Union: 1) Provide your Name, Address, Contact details to the sender. 2) Sender will pay the amount of money to the Western Union Agent with transfer fees. 3) The sender will be provided with a code what is called MTCN code. (Western Union will decide the currency conversion rate) The sender will send the MTCN code over phone or email to the receiver. 4) The receiver will go to a local Western Union Agent with the MTCN code and one of the identifying documents (National ID card, Govt. Passport, Driving License) etc. The receiver will be given to fill up a form and will receive the money. Notes: 1) Transaction fees are high but service is reliable and fast. 2) Western Union can't be used for any kind of business transaction or for purchasing a product. Western Union service can only be used for remittance purpose. If anyone asks you to make payment through Western Union for purchasing a product never respond to them. You will be scammed. The receiver can't be traced and Western Union can't take any legal action to the receiver because Western Union doesn't support any kind of business transaction.
Hello, I suggest going to your bank and asking and or going to your local post office. I have been scammed so many times with those western union things online and in the mail, that when it comes to banks and post offices, they are very leiry of cashing them... So before you do anything, check with your bank and your post office. Good luck and I hope you figure out a way...
I recently had 3k sent to me by western union and for starters they only issue cheques up to one thousand dollars. So I had to get 3 of them from them and then they would not even cash their own cheques.,nor would my bank. I called head office and it took them 2 days to find me an outlet one hour away from my home to finnaly cash those cheques. I am not happy with the service from that company at all. Please be carfull and I hope alll works out for you.
Due to some restriction wu ac can't be used for biz purpose. But u can use as individual wu customers. U need name and postal address of that man. Then he will give u pin after makin payments then go to local wu center and show them ur NIC and pin then they will pay ur money. Hope it will be help.
That is not a problem to send or receive money. Another problem is getting trusted relationships between buyer and seller
Western Union should only be used for remittance purpose and if you are using Western Union for business purpose than you are not permitted to do it by Western Union but if you get scammed their is no way to recover your money.
