how to reapprove by phaze

    guys i need a urgent help...

    I have a site and that was phaze 4*..

    for sume database issues the site was down for some times and during this time they removed my site from whitelist.

    so my site is up and now how can i be reapproved by them??

    Please help me asap.

    [I dont know if this is the r8 section to post this and if not r8 section then mod please move it to the r8 section]
