One of blog was violating google policies and it was tracked by them. They have sent me a personal mail saying that
"We have disabled ad serving to the site however your AdSense account remains active."
What should I do now in order to get back ads onto my sites.

And how many such kind of notices do they send us before banning our account:confused:

I am afraid there is nothing you can do. You are banned for life that means they know your Name address and basically you can not use adsense any more under your name. Although you can try and use a family member who is willing to help you. Also i suggest don't just focus on adsense there are many ways to make money from companies like adbrite, adsdaq etc

Remove the Adsense code from your sites and fix what was violating Google policies. Once you have done that, you may be able to appeal, explaining that you understand what the problem was, you've fixed it, and it will never happen again. If there is something about your site that is inherently incompatible with Adsense (it's a gambling blog, for example), you may just have to find another source of income for that site.
Often they don't send any notice at all. Consider yourself lucky.

You are wrong. Banning a website is not the same as banning the account. he can continue using his adsense as before, but no ads will show on banned domain.

Well my adsense account is still active. I was just violating the rules and they have sent me the message. I have fixed the error soon after getting that message.

Nonny should I mail them regarding this.

Tried to get one of my sites back after a complete rebuild but they wouldn't accept it even when I insisted, I think you just need to move the site to another domain or use another ads program

    My Opinion

    1.Create another Gmail Account.
    2.Create a Blog on Blogger.com
    3.Apply Adsense via that blog.
4.Ad code to your main site.

    Thank

You are not allowed another Adsense account once you have been banned. If Google figures out that you have opened a new account - and there is a very good chance they will - that one will be banned too, and you'll lose any money that has accumulated in your account. You are much better off just using a different advertising system.

YES, it will certainly help if you:
    - remove the thing that got you banned
    - rework your SEO via 301 redirection
