First of all your website should be for users, not for just search engines, a well designed and interesting website has its own value, avoid unnecessary codes and scripts in your website. Invest a good amount of time in keyword research and competitor analysis, don't be so hasty in selecting keywords. Moreover you can bring traffic ( people interested in the topic of your website) from different social networks like Facebook and Twitter.

If you do continuous Onpage and Offpage Optimization then you can get top ranking on google

 

I have tried the backlink optimization via directory submission and succeeded. im on the top page now. it actually needs devotion. u must spend time as well as mind on it. Each way on the offline optimization leads to the top of search engines. but the thing is how u devote ur self to it.
