So far to date I have used the following websites to market my Social Networking for Bloggers website! Blog Catalog MyBlogLog Bloggeries Blog Forum Entrecard Webmastertalk iguides ukwebmasterworld namepros dnscoop forums.digitalpoint This list along with a few other webmaster forums Anyone have any other suggestion on how to increase my reach to bloggers? Rep added to any solid answers or suggestions as always!
I tried this idea and not too many joined! I have 400 ++ friends and only 11 are in the group now! Overall it's a great idea and maybe a lot of my friends never got invite seeing I added them after i made the group! Maybe I will try a resend for invites but facebook has a bug in group invites and shows all friends not just the ones you haven't sent an invite too so you literally have to go through all your friends! Rep added I will look again at the facebook potential. I might even consider starting another facebook group to be honest!
Post lots of comments on blogs/forums that are all about blogging. Also distribute some articles related to social networking and/or blogging. You might also want to check where other similar social networking websites are linked from. Maybe also give bloggers an incentive to link back to you. There is lots that you can offer bloggers in exchange for such a link.
Here's what I suggest: - Pay related blogs to talk about it (as mentioned) - Promote around hosting company's forum as there're tons of new webmasters around - Use Sphinn.com - almost everyone down there are bloggers - Stumble your website (I'll help - http://soufulow.stumbleupon.com/) - Construct a more creative line in your signature to attract eyeball - Market your website with articles - Get interviewed and showcase your idea
