    E.g. Weight Loss
    Don't title your videos "How to Lose Weight Fast".

    In fact what you can do is to search on YouTube similar topics, and from there, try to tweak around a little.

    I think the key is not to compete with those who are already ranking high.

    Another trick is to copy your YouTube description, save it as a text file, then upload it to your Video as Caption. Apparently this helps in ranking of your Keywords.

    A long description of your Video is advisable.

    Best way is to think like how people who are interested would search.
