How to rank squidoo lens?

Hi, can anyone know how to rank and get traffic to my squidoo lens? is that same SEO strategy work on squidoo lens that we use in our website link building? like high pr backlinks, social bookmarking etc..

 

Yes of course, you can rank with a squidoo page like a web page.But,you should try to target long tail keywords or weak competition keywords.Good luck

if you are trying to rank your squidoo lens however, i think the efforts and investments are better spent on your own site where you can control the site and content.

I too would want to rank my own site compared to Squidoo. However, you should incorporate your Squidoo links as part of your overall backlinking strategy. Essentially, build a list of directories that act as a bubble around your site and then use mass article submission sites to link back to your bubble sites. Those bubble sites in turn link back to your primary website. It's a pretty effective technique.
