What to do more work for the site to rank high in google? I have done Offpage seo like directory submissions, theme based submissions, social bookmarking, blog commenting, forums.... please suggest me what to do more...

Apart from this initial on-page work you need to do some quality (not quantity) off site work: 1-Do bookmark in good PR site like 30 per month 2-Create 10-20 bolgs on different blog site and give link your site with contant. 3-Do 1 press release in a month on 20 sites ................Then SEE the result
Bulk submission, Automatic submission are not good. It is subject to banned your site by google. I think you asking about top position of google (Not PR). It is very tedious task (based on your target keywords). Takes time to get your result. Before start you must read more about SEO.
It would be better to target a niche, which is your interest. Then submit it to high ranking page ranks sites or establish links.
Thank you all of you, Submitting good content is very good idea, i will try & yes I agree doing lot of submission is no use better that do few submission but quality submission like high PR and Theme base. & please tell me one more thing that Article submission is good right. But 1n content should repeat how many times. means you are submitting articles at that time 1n content for 1n article submission? Or we can submit 1n content in many articles directory ? R you getting my point?
