    First step is for you to sign up for a Bing - Webmaster Tools account. Step # 2, configure your website on Bing - Webmaster Tools account.

    Please note that Yahoo uses Bing's crawl and index data.

    Of course there are prerequisites to above steps. Prerequisites such as good content, fresh content daily or weekly, links to your website, good page seo, etc, etc, etc,
