How to rank Keywords in European language for English website?

    I have website in English language, But I want to rank this website for the keywords in European Language on their local search engine. Please tell me what steps I have to follow for better ranking.

    You should have to work on regional websites. Use there regional directories, Bookmarking sites, news sites, there local language forums.
