1 month wouldn't be enough to rank the keywords, 3 months would be ideal with proper keyword analysis. We can use the google suggested keywords also target the websites which are similar to the one which we are building and check the keywords that they are using which made them top the google organic listings.

 

If you site is not international, like if u target to "france" and u add many links of good authority to it and target long term keywords with 4-5 more words it might work, but if not then within 3 months.
