How to Rank a Keyword Without Mentioning on the website

    I have seen lots of website that rank for certain keyword without mentioning it anywhere on the page and whole site. How do they do it?

    www.get.adobe.com/reader/ is ranked #1 for the term "click here" but doesn't have the word on the page. I'd imagine it's from all the high PR anchor text links from websites linking to them (backlinks).

    Yes, it's mostly due to the keyword rich anchor text backlinks.

    hmm....so one should be doing heavy link building for the keyword that if completion is more.

    its definitely due to the incoming links of other sites. most of the software related or any kind of e-book related site are linked to Adobe. they use the keyword "click here" most of the places. and i think this is the main cause of getting high SERP.

    there is no link withpage rank and keyword ranking in google. so do ur work and get more good work on it.
