listen guys if you are an addict then get help from a doc but your will also counts if you really want to quit it you surely can slowly decrease the amount of them day by day a day will come u will be smoking once a day and then a day will come when there will be no smoking a day
just dont think about that cigarette, smoke at all.. when u feel to smoke try to divert your concentration on anything like playing with children, cooking and playing any out door games etc.,
By your strong will power!! If you really want to quit, quit suddenly. Just smoke last time thinking that it is the last and you will never be smoking in your whole life again I bet, you will quit! Good luck
I couldn't stop smoking without my meds and with my meds it seems even harder. I'm a complete junkie. Even with my medical history and my oncologist telling me i 'll probably be dead in ten years because of a heart attack (which is likely, since that's a flaw in my family to begin with) i just can't seem to beat that horrible addiction. Apparently even if my life depended on it, and it does. So i can't help you But i know what you're going through. Good luck.
You may not satisfy your girl/wife sexually, than normal non-smoking people. This will lead to lots of tension in married life. Smoking leads to foul smelling mouth, stained tooth, dead skin, you'll look older than your age. Don't compare ourselves with those on screen macho actors, who take lots of precautions and have enough money to overcome diseases caused by smoking. Its better to leave smoking for our beloved sexy smoking hot girfriends or wife.
Get some health from the health service, or from a family member as it's incredibly hard to do alone.
I think quitting cold turkey has been the best for me. I can't gradually stop, because I'll never stop. The patches and pills are a waste of money. Keep a journal about it, it sounds dorky and immature, but it helps to get your frustrations out, plus it gives your hands something to do rather than light up. Good Luck!! It is you who can decide to quit smoking. Keep yourself busy and try not to think about smoking. Also if you have friends who smoke stay away from them till your smoking habit fades away.
