You do this by eradicating every cigarette you've had stored away in the house before making this decision. I hated the gum, patches weren't too bad use them with some sort of routine and that way you will be on the path to a healthier lifestyle.
Here's my advice: Buy a pack of whatever brand you like to smoke and continue smoking one cigarette after another without stopping. Trust me, you won't make it to the last one without vomiting and feeling extremely disgusted. Simple yet effective.
Visualize yourself as a non smoker. Then create affirmations like " I am a non smoker". Say this 5 - 10 times with emotion every morning and night. Do this for 30 days and you will no longer smoke!
Well i just consulted doctor on this world anti-tobacco day and they recommended me chewing gum called nicotex. This chewing gum contains small amount of nicotine and thus helps to avoid smoking/tobacco chewing easily.
Start smoking organic tobacco or at least additive free tobacco. A popular brand that offers such tobacco is Natural American Spirit. Try to smoke 1-2 a day and then either keep it at that level or stop all together. Believe it or not, smoking a few organic or additive free cigarettes is a whole lot better than smoking the same amount of regular tobacco cigarettes which have hundreds of chemicals. You have to ask yourself something, how bad do you want to stop smoking? Do you honestly want to stop? If you are genuine in your intentions then you need to start prioritizing things in life and step up to the challenge. If you really do want to quit then you can quit.
I quit successfully by going on the patch...... and weening myself off the ciggs when your on the patch and you smoke...it makes you feel sick so you just stop smoking.... I also used the nicoteen inhaler.....which gives you a blast of nicoteen without the smoke... after 4 months I had quit...that was 4 years ago. I smoked two packs a day for 0ver 20 years.....
Tell your best friends and relatives that you will quit smoking, if you cannot quit smoking, they will not trutst you, so this will force you to quit smoking.
