How To Put Video Ad's On My Video Site?

    I have a video sharing site similar to youtube - and wondering how do i put ad's on videos automatically so that when people play the video ad's appears on the video and when they click on it i get paid?

    is there some sort of script around or something? I've seen it on a couple of sites..so if anybody knows please let me know.
