how to put thumbnails in Google search results

    when I do dome searches on google some results some out with thumbnail of images included on the page
    these pages are not as youtube or videos they are just pages with images
    how to do this?

    With you browser. Per example FF have some plugin to achieve that. Maxthon have it too.

    Yes, its google's universal search results, just like the images that appears(3-4) when you search only text. Lucky to have a image which always appear with searches related to the main keyword of that site, although that image traffic brings nothing - I really doubt someone ever bought smth via image result.

    How's achieved? - don't know exactly, but my image is from a 3 years old site - my first, my main and the one I am working most at! So obviously G.'s algorithm decides it...

    Yes, I agree with my previous post, those are not images but video thumbnails. You can see an play icon there.
