How to put RSS feed from my own webpage to my own webpage

    I have a newspage with fullarticles on my webpage let's call it www.alx2.com/news.html. (it's not existing)

    Now I want to feed the headings and maybe one or two lines from the updated news on my newspage to my firstpage www.alx2.com.

    Is this possible to do with RSS? And how can I do it? Code?

    Or should I instead use a javascript och php?

    I'm new at programming so keep it simple if possible.
