How to put links on homepage?

I saw this site www. top15links.com which put the links on its homepage where people could bid to be on homepage. How do I include this option on my homepage of my site where I use PHPlink directory script? Does the site use PHPlink directory or something else?

    I appreciate your help.

Thank you for your advice. If I buy the script, does it allow for all my web directory sites?

When I bought the Php link bid script in v1.0 it was $25/site license. I think it's still that much. With the new categories version you have to type in the domain you want the license to go to. So I believe it is still $25/site license.

FoSee Bid for Position Directory is my version of the Phplb.

I know I have seen a beta test version of Php link directory that is being worked on but I don't know how far that has come. I know I have seen it at one directory.

    Scott.
