    Thats called a Favicon... You will find a lot of information about it...

    It's called a 'Favicon'

    Here is a link that you need to copy and past into your browser
    http://www.chami.com/html-kit/services/favicon/

    All you need to do is upload your picture that you want to display
    in the browser window and they will creat it for you and even show
    you haow to add it to your website
