I am not quite sure what tracker you are using, from my experience of tracking stats, the best bet is to find an online place that specializes in tracking and subscribe to them, your tracking stats will just seem more authentic that way as building your own tracker you could easily manipulate the results, also it is fairly easy to include your css page in the tracking, without the hassle of trying to fit javascript into it, all you will need to do is include it as one of the pages to track in your member page of whatever tracking facility you decide to use, i think one of the more common trackers is the urchin tracker. thats my answer at least
