how to put comments in PR9 and PR10 sites?

    I also use my PR power, it usually what link exchange seeker do. Thus I guess you have to work on your PR and have a PR 9 or 10.

    It is very difficult to get links from pr-9 or pr-10. For that will have to pay lots of $$$$.
