    all i know is that it cant be done by html you will have to use php or asp

    To do this you need to do it in PHP.

    Google it? I'm sure someone will give the you PHP code. :)

    I was doing same as you did but when i hover or click on the like bitton it doesnt open the comment box
    can you send me the source code of your page so i can compare ?

    Maybe using php or some server side script to do it.
    Some free cms system may do it.
