    Hello rockez..

    i would advice you to download and install FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter . This is a freeware and you can convert into any mobile format. There are special options into the software and also, Iphone, Ipod formats are pre defined, you can easily input the video file and then jsut convert it. you can also extend the video and audio level and also sound levels in the video.
