How to put ad bellow post and above comment form? [blogger]

    Hello guys, I have this problem and I lost couple hours and I can't solve it.

    I am using this template in blogger http://tinyurl.com/rb9l7y
    How to put ad bellow post and above comment form?

    Whatever I try I have even only comment form or ad.I need them both.

    And I would like to know how to put a banner just below the title and above the actual post. Need decent templates as well. Could some one help both of us here please ?
